Care and support in Hull is transforming and Hull City Council are looking for exceptional individuals like you to join the Adult Social Care team. If you have strong leadership skills, are motivated, innovative and creative, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As Brokerage Manager you will provide strong leadership across the brokerage function and will be a key strategic thinker working closely with the Commissioning Manager and other Adult Social Care colleagues to best serve the people of Hull.  You will lead a team that provides a vital function within Adult Social Care, supporting people to meet their identified outcomes within their support plans, and maximising market intelligence to identify trends that will inform the commissioning strategy.

As part of our transformation programme we are enhancing our brokerage function so they play a greater role.  As Brokerage Manager you will play a key role in developing this team and the role of brokerage in the Adult Social Care pathway.  Brokerage will seek to work with people using a strengths based approach, which will also support people to have self-determination and manage their lives and support to the best of their abilities.
