In line with our obligations under Article 68 of the placing of PPPs on the market Assimilated Regulation 1107/2009 & Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, HSE has published a report on the monitoring and control of PPPs in the UK in 2024.
Official controls are carried out to check compliance with the requirements for placing on the market and use of PPPs and the sustainable use of pesticides.
