The report describes the official controls carried out in 2022 by HSE, and by other enforcing authorities.
In line with our obligations under Article 68 of the placing of plant protection products on the market Assimilated Regulation 1107/2009 & Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a Report on the Monitoring and control of PPPs in the United Kingdom in 2022.
Official controls are carried out to check compliance with the requirements for placing on the market and use of PPPs and the sustainable use of pesticides.
