This ebulletin contains information relating to UK Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation in Great Britain.

Information on evaluation activity in 2023 (Article 54 reporting)

HSE has an obligation to report annually on the activity undertaken to evaluate registration dossiers and substances.

This is described in Article 54 of UK REACH.

The Article 54 report for 2023 can be found on HSE’s website.

The report also directs registrants to the recommendations to registrants which aim to improve the quality of future registrations.
