Join us on 15th June for a free, hour-long webinar on managing and controlling work-related stress using the HSE Stress Indicator Tool
The Stress Indicator Tool helps organisations to develop an effective and robust approach to preventing, managing and controlling work-related stress.
Over 400 organisations across Great Britain are currently using the tool as part of their approach to improving the health and wellbeing of their workforce.
Recently, an additional set of questions has been developed which has been designed to gather data on stress, anxiety and depression of workers that work partly or fully from home.
The Home and Hybrid Working Tool is an optional add-on module to the core Stress Indicator Tool question set. It explores specific stressors that could be linked to modern working practices and helps employers to understand how these might be related to mental health outcomes.

"We invested in the Stress Indicator Tool as it is a ready-made tool that we could adapt to our organisational needs, but with a good solid research base behind the reporting."
"We have been looking at the topic of stress for some time, and even created our own stress tool but it was hard to implement. Having a HSE version gives us more weight to demonstrate the importance of managing stress."
"We wanted to baseline stress levels in the organisation using the HSE Management Standards and the Stress Indicator Tool was the perfect way to do this."
"We have been using the Stress Indicator Tool for three years now and it has allowed us to monitor the wellbeing of our employees and shape our responses to them based on the trends identified each year. The Tool's ability to break down data by region/ job role has allowed us to run targeted wellbeing campaigns and we have now improved our scores compared to last year in every factor."
