In our 2022 customer feedback survey:
- 90% agreed that tests were performed on time,
- 97% agreed that work was completed within the agreed costs,
- 91% agreed that work was completed to the test specification.
The main reasons given for the scoring were based around the “excellent quality of service” provided. Our word cloud below made from comments shows how our customers feel about the service they have received from us.
