HSE Pesticides ebulletin

An independent pesticides regulatory regime is in operation in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).

This ebulletin includes information on the Plant Protection Products (PPP) regulations in Great Britain (GB).

GB maximum residue level (MRL) amendments (adopted in September 2022)

Amendments have been made to the GB MRL Statutory Register: new statutory levels set.

In order to accommodate new authorisations in GB and to set import tolerances to meet the requirements of international trade, new MRLs have been set in the GB MRL Statutory Register for the following active/commodity combinations:

• Benzovindiflupyr/ spring onions and leeks
  
  
• Flonicamid/ cane fruits and other small fruits and berries
  
  
• Metalaxyl-M/ oil palms fruits 

The new MRLs came into force on the dates as indicated in the GB MRL Statutory Register.
