 The staff at Charlotte House in Isleworth has once again been recognised for its excellence at the Palliative Care Awards.
Hannah Carrera (centre in pic), Unit Head for Palliative Care, won Best Care Manager at the recent ceremony.
Elisabeta Surligeanu, Home Manager at Charlotte House, said: “We are all so proud that Hannah’s compassion has been recognised on the national stage.

 Hounslow families can enjoy a free afternoon of fun at the third annual Best Start summer fun day. It's at Old Isleworthians Sports Club from 12pm–4pm on Wednesday, 29 July.
The event will feature a range of family-friendly activities including a bouncy castle, baby sensory play, petting zoo, music and dance sessions, multi-sports and rock wall climbing.
Designed to be inclusive, the day will also include dedicated SEND-friendly activity and quiet zones, with support available from local SEND teams. A relaxed hour from 12pm to 1pm will provide a quieter environment for those who would benefit from reduced noise levels.
You don't need to sign up to attend. However, you can skip the queues to get in by registering in advance.

SEND drop-ins for Hounslow families
 Finding the right support for your child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) doesn't have to be an overwhelming prospect.
You can talk to professionals face-to-face and get advice and support at the monthly SEND drop-in sessions. They are on the following dates:
