People seeking suicide bereavement support in Hounslow can turn to independent charity Allkind.
It offers free, confidential one-to-one support for both adults and children who have lost someone to suicide.
As the weather improves, many people will enjoy a walk in one of Hounslow's many green spaces.
One thing to think about on these walks is how to avoid tick bites, which increase from April onwards. In some cases tick bites can lead to Lyme disease, so it's important to stay safe.
Walk on paths, avoid dense vegetation and wear light-coloured clothes so ticks can be seen and removed easily.
After a walk you can carry out a tick check for you, your family and pets to make sure no one has been bitten and still has a tick attached.
