Easter waste and recycling collections
 During the Easter period, from Monday, 6 April to Friday, 10 April, bin collections are moving forward by one day.
Easter fun
 In Chiswick, Hogarth Youth & Community Centre’s eight-day Easter Holiday Programme (until Friday, 10 April) offers group sessions in art, jewellery making and cookery, drama, sports and fitness, a DJ workshop and four offsite trips. Meanwhile in Feltham/Hanworth, there is a range of creative and physical activities for children and young people aged 7-16 courtesy of Rise and Thrive. For full details call Michelle on 07562 763 098. Treats include an Easter egg hunt, bowling, and indoor spaces like Belvedere House near ASDA in Feltham.
 The Community Provisions team is hosting an Employment Support Drop-In service at Holy Trinity Church, Hounslow on Monday, 13 April from 1pm to 4pm. Further dates are scheduled on the second Monday of every month.
The service is aimed at adults with disabilities or health conditions who are looking for work, struggling in their current job or would like some guidance and confidence to take their next step.
Weekend carers cafe
 Hounslow’s Carers Service is hosting a Weekend Cafe at Chiswick Cinema on Saturday, 11 April from 10am to 12.30pm.
There are over 19,000 unpaid carers in Hounslow, and this is an opportunity for those in the Chiswick area to meet up, relax and learn more from fellow carers and professionals who will be on hand to offer further advice, guidance and support.

 There is a helpline for people in mental health crisis and emotional distress, open seven days a week from 2pm until 10pm. The phone number is 0203 869 2793.
Hestia, the provider, also offers a drop‑in support service for residents of Hounslow aged 18 and above at the BridgeLink Centre.
It provides a safe, calm, and welcoming space where people can get immediate mental health support. The aim is to reduce distress, help people feel heard, and support them to regain stability in the moment.
