There are events, offers and activities each week, including free Lampton Leisure passes and the chance to win up to £50 of Amazon vouchers in the photography competition.

If so, please get in touch with the Hounslow Sickle Cell Community. They need to hear from people affected by the disease to better understand what help and support you need most.
Lala Peshawari, a Pakistani restaurant on the Great West Road, is the latest to sign up to Hounslow's Healthier Catering Commitment (HCC).
