Five Ways to Wellbeing is returning to Hounslow for a second year, having proved popular with residents last year.
It encourages residents to take small, practical steps to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. Each week focuses on one of the five ways: Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice and Give.
Some of the most popular activities will return, including free passes to Lampton Leisure sites and a photography competition where residents can win up to £50 of Amazon vouchers.
The theme for the first week (3-9 November) is Connect. Check the Five Ways to Wellbeing webpage for a list of great local organisations that can help you to connect with others.
