How to get help during the doctors’ strike
Resident doctors have announced strikes from today until 7am on Wednesday, 30 July. Hospital services are expected to be very busy during this period.
Please follow NHS guidance to minimise disruption to you and local medical staff:
- If it’s not an emergency, stay away from your local hospital: NHS 111 can direct you to the right place for care
- If you have an appointment, you will be contacted if it needs to be rescheduled. If you don’t hear anything, attend your appointment as planned
- In an emergency, always call 999
Further advice is available on the North West London NHS website.
