 There is hot weather forecast for the whole of the week. While this brings opportunities to explores Hounslow's great green spaces, it also comes with health risks.
Warm weather can impact vulnerable groups, including older people and those with underlying health conditions. Please take care to protect yourself and others from the potential risks of extreme weather.
It's also important to drink plenty of water if you're out in the heat. Check out the Refill Return app for a list of sites where you can fill your water bottles.
The Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre (ADC) at West Middlesex University Hospital will offer essential services in cancer and renal care for residents of Hounslow, Richmond and Ealing.
The NHS is considering renaming the ADC to better reflect its purpose and services. To help with this it's asking residents to share their ideas.
Please share your thoughts by completing a short online survey. It closes on Wednesday, 25 June.

 Come along to the Chiswick Primary Care Network (PCN) Community Roadshow on Friday, 20 June for a friendly, informative day celebrating the wide range of services the PCN provides.
The roadshow will take place from 10am - 2pm at Chiswick Town Hall. There's no need to book, just drop by on the day.
Meet the teams behind the services, learn how to access help, and pick up helpful leaflets and resources. Whether you're curious about local support or looking to connect with services for yourself or a loved one, this is a great opportunity to find out more.
 The Council is consulting on proposed changes to travel support for young people aged 16-25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who attend further education and training.
It would like to hear from young people aged 14-18, particularly those with SEND, young people aged 19–25 with SEND, and parents and carers
It also welcomes responses from: schools, colleges and SEND professionals; advocacy groups and community organisations; private organisations and businesses; and Hounslow residents.
 The Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) will host a session about sexual abuse and consent at Hounslow House on Tuesday 24 June from 10.30am - 1pm.
It will be delivered in British Sign Language (BSL) with interpreters available. It's a drop-in event so you don't need to pre-book.
This session will provide essential insight for deaf people, their partners and their families. This includes understanding consent, recognising sexual abuse, and the legal protections and support available.
It will also signpost where people can get help, as well as access confidential services and safe spaces.
 Are you aged 60 or over and looking to feel more confident on your feet? Come along to the Stay Steady and Active Otago exercise programme at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre this Wednesday, 18 June.
Otago is a proven, evidence-based programme that guides participants through 17 targeted exercises to help reduce falls and improve daily movement.
 The Thriving Communities Fund is proud to support a new project in Feltham that helps girls aged 14-16 years old who are neurodiverse.
Girls on the Spectrum (GOS) Feltham provides a supportive environment where girls can build friendships, boost confidence, and embrace their individuality. Through shared experiences and encouragement, GOS aims to empower each girl to thrive in their own unique way.

 The Brentford and Isleworth Labour Party Women's Group will be holding a garden party in aid of Shewise at 12 Eve Road, Isleworth on Sunday, 6 July.
Aimed largely towards the South Asian and Middle Eastern Communities, Shewise works tirelessly to improve the lives of women across Hounslow.
It runs the weekly Hounslow women’s health hubs. These hubs are part of the Hounslow Public Health Action Plan for women to live healthier lives.
 Bowling Balls is returning to Holy Trinity Church, Hounslow on Tuesday, 24 June, 11am - 1pm. The event is aimed at raising awareness for men's health and tackling cancer head-on. It will cover prostate cancer, testicular cancer and bowel cancer, including signs and symptoms, screening information and who to talk to for advice.
Bowling Balls is designed specifically for men with learning disabilities and neurodiversity as well as their caregivers. There is no need to book in advance, you can just turn up on the day.
 Hounslow's Health Outreach Team (HOT) will be out this week offering free blood pressure checks, BMI weight checks, balance checks for residents aged 60 plus, and advice on health concerns, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stop smoking services, mental health services plus much more.
