Vaccines are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. They train your body to fight off diseases without needing to expose yourself to the full risk of being infected. Vaccines can lower your risk of serious, life-changing illnesses and they help to protect you when you most need it.
It's understandable to worry about side effects, but without vaccination, you are at a greater risk of infection. If you have any concerns, you can speak to your doctor or local GP practice about the risks and benefits of vaccination.
