Produced with the help of the Hounslow community, including families and professionals, it is a vital resource for anyone working with children with SEND.
To celebrate the launch of this new website, the Council is hosting a Local Offer Launch event on Friday, 24 January on the ground floor of Hounslow House, Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB, from 10am-4.30pm.
No invitation is required, parents and careers can drop by to find out more about what support and services are available.
Making it safer for residents to walk, cycle and wheel in Hounslow
![Safe walking and wheeling](https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/fancy_images/UKHOUNSLOW/2025/01/10874456/cls-pr-and-news-story-image_original.png) The Council has completed three schemes to make it safer for residents to walk, cycle, and wheel in Hounslow, based on resident feedback from a consultation on travel. The three schemes come under the umbrella of the Community-Led Scheme (CLS).
CLS is a three-year programme to deliver local traffic improvement projects requested by residents, businesses, and Councillors. The Council has allocated £1.5 million to deliver the programme.
What would you ask the Cabinet?
Tessa, Head Teacher at The Cedars Primary School, Cranford, submitted a question about investment in the mental health of primary aged children and their families.
Come along to the Council's public meeting at the Brentford Gtech Stadium on Thursday, 30 January, from 6pm, and ask the Cabinet almost anything. You could spark an improvement to your area and make people happier.
