The session on Monday, 2 September is with the adult social care pop-up info shop. The usual adult social care experts will be joined by colleagues from Falls Prevention and Healthy Hounslow to ensure you can get advice and support on a range of topics.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or something that makes you feel severely unsafe, distressed, or worried, you can now contact your local crisis service by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health option.
The phone will be answered by a trained mental health professional who can offer advice over the phone or put you in contact with local crisis services.

If you're child is starting school in September, make sure they're up to date on all their vaccines to give them a good and healthy start to their school life.
Vaccinations for preventable illnesses, like measles and whooping cough, are free as part of the NHS childhood vaccination schedule. If you think your child has missed out on any vaccine doses, you can contact your GP practice to check and make any necessary catch-up appointments.
Congratulations to Paul from Feltham, who is this month's BetterPoints Move More Hero. Paul found out about the BetterPoints app via a friend in November 2022. Back then he only went out walking or cycling once a week and for less than 30 minutes at time.
Fast forward two years and Paul is active six days a week and feeling the benefits. He says using the BetterPoints app has "really helped me to get outdoors."
He continued: "What I like about the activity recording is to see how far I've been, and then I try to extend it each time. Since using the app and getting more active I’ve improved my leg strength and endurance. I feel fitter and have lost 8kgs in weight."
If you want to join people like Paul, who are getting fitter and earning shopping vouchers at the same time, simply download the free BetterPoints app today and get started.

From 1 September, pregnant women will be offered the RSV vaccine to protect them and their baby against lung infections that can develop into bronchitis.
The vaccine should be offered around the time of the 28-week antenatal appointment. If you haven’t heard by this stage, contact your maternity service or GP practice to make an appointment for your vaccination.
Having the vaccine in week 28 helps mothers-to-be build antibodies to pass on to their baby before birth.
