A reminder for all our HAF providers that your HAF co-ordinator, Grace Milstead, will be available as your point of contact during the Christmas period.

The HAF co-ordinator has sent appointments to all HAF providers running over Christmas, in the first week of January.
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the outstanding amount of funding to be paid, evaluations and feedback.
If you cannot make the appointment that has been sent to you, please get in touch as soon as possible.
You should have all received the link to our promotional video which has been shared on Hounslow Council's social media pages. HAF providers can also share this to support with marketing.

DfE have updated guidance which states:
You must:
- make sure that no child can leave the premises without someone who is providing childcare being aware, unless the child is not a young child and you have agreed with the parent that they can leave by themselves or the provision is open access childcare; providers and parents can use their discretion in agreeing a higher age restriction for allowing children to leave unsupervised
- make sure that no one can enter the premises without someone who is providing childcare becoming aware
Our evaluation forms have been updated for Christmas 2022. Please delete or dispose of any previous evaluations and ensure you use these.
We have found previously that the online returns have not been effective - we are therefore asking you to use the paper copies that we provided at the network session and print any more you may need from the links below. These should be returned no later than 6 January 2023 to
Unit 1207, Curries Storage, 207-209 Worton Road, Isleworth, TW7 6DS. Please write the name of your setting on the envelope, and clearly specify which setting the evaluations are referring to if you have more than one setting.
