What else is on offer at the Hounslow Assembly?
The Hounslow Assembly has been designed as a day-long celebration to bring together a mixture of people, businesses, and organisations.
It will help inform, unlock connections, and develop a sense of shared purpose from across the borough. It is a recognition that we achieve more – for the borough, for Hounslow businesses, and for local people – by working together than we do by working in isolation, whether that be the cost-of-living crisis, our green ambitions, promoting good health, or supporting businesses and economic wellbeing.
We are inviting hundreds of local stakeholders to come together for the special one-day event – our traditional partner organisations, new partners, and individual citizens, civil society groups and businesses together.
During the day there will be many other workshops and panel events for businesses to attend.
Free wifi and touch down spaces will allow you to work too. You can choose between sessions on the day.

Driving a prosperous local economy – supporting our business community
How are we supporting the local economy and what else could be done? How do we work together to build a future economy and keep Hounslow a great place to do business? Join us to discuss the work underway to support Hounslow’s economy, using our Creative Industries opportunities and challenges as a case study.
Regenerating Hounslow's neighbourhoods - How are we working together to create the right places to unlock benefits to our business and resident communities? How do we create quality, sustainable development in the right places? Question our panel of experts as they talk about their local developments in the borough.
Town Centre Visions - What are the town centre visions and how businesses can get involved or benefit from them? Learn about the activation of Feltham Town Centre with businesses and communities and 'Meanwhile use' in the Treaty Centre and Aviva’s The Centre and how we’ve worked with the landlords to unlock this. Discuss what future activation of the town centres could look like and how we would deliver it.
There are plenty of other sessions throughout the day which will explore a variety of themes including, becoming a more sustainable business, how we deal with waste in Hounslow, the circular economy, the London Living Wage, apprenticeships and how to implement them well and digital inclusion across the borough.
