NHS doctors, nurses and other frontline staff have come forward to help reassure communities that COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective and have been independently tested to the highest standards.
The clinicians have recorded messages in some of the most commonly spoken community languages in the capital to make sure all parts of London know the importance of getting a COVID-19 vaccine.
Please be vigilant against vaccine fraud.
The NHS will never ask for payment or your bank details. The NHS will also never arrive unannounced at your door or ask you to prove your identity by sending copies of your personal documents.
If you receive a call you believe to be fraudulent, hang up.
If you are suspicious about an email you have received, forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk.
Suspicious text messages should be forwarded to the number 7726 which is free of charge.
Report fraud or identity theft directly to the Covid Fraud Hotline below.
The Borough of Hounslow is still under national lockdown, along with the rest of the country.
You MUST continue to follow the restrictions in order to keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
Remember Hands, Face, Space: keep washing your hands, wearing a face covering, and giving at least 2 metres of space when interacting with others outside your bubble.

The government guidelines state that everyone should be working from home where possible. We understand that for many people this has not been something their employers have supported.
If you are feeling anxious, unsafe or inadequately protected from the risk of COVID-19 at your workplace then please raise any concerns via the email below.
All emails will be treated with strict confidentiality and the team will use any concerns raised to explore improving unsafe work environments in Hounslow.
The email address is HealthandSafety@hounslow.gov.uk.
If you are aged 70 or over, or you are clinically vulnerable, you can now book your COVID-19 vaccination through the NHS website even if you haven’t yet received a letter. Appointments are available in Ealing and Wembley.
You must book your appointment before you go to a vaccination centre. We are aware of other scam messages circulating - please ignore them - the NHS will never ask you for money or your bank details for your vaccination – it is free.
