New grants are becoming available, through Hounslow Council, for businesses in the borough adversely affected by the coronavirus.

Additional Restrictions Grant – (ARG)

This grant is available to businesses that are able to demonstrate an income reduction greater than 25% based on income credited to a business bank account for the following periods.  Businesses liable for business rates can access this grant for the period of national restrictions from 5th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020.

Local Restrictions Support Grant (Open) – (LRSG(O))

This grant is available to businesses liable for business rates that have not been required to close and are able to demonstrate an income reduction greater than 25%.

Local Restriction Support Grant (Sector) – (LRSG(S))

This grant is available to businesses which have not been allowed to reopen since the first national restrictions where introduced in March 2020.  Due to the low number of businesses eligible for this grant in the borough we will contact those businesses directly with instructions for accessing the grants.

This grant is available for pubs which derive more than 50% of their revenues from drink sales.
