Christmas Day Walk

After the success of last year, our wonderful walk leader John is running another Christmas Day walk. What a great way to spread the festive cheer and start your day!

The walk will begin at Southwater Country Park at 10:00 on Christmas Day. There will be fantastic views of the South Downs, and the café in the park will be open for a cup of tea or coffee too. Feel free to come on your own or with your family or friends, and as with all of our Wellbeing Walks, there is no need to book ahead, just turn up!

Client Feedback ❤

Are you thinking about enquiring about a Weight Off Workshop, but not sure if it is for you? Here's what Paul had to say...

Paul

'I felt like this was my last chance to lose weight after being diagnosed with osteopenia and gradually gaining weight each year.

The course helped me to understand food combinations and pushed me to plan my meals and grocery shopping which has actually reduced my food bill. I have started jogging and after 10 weeks have lost over a stone. I still have a way go but I've now started my journey."

We run a number of different Weight off Workshops at various times, days and venues throughout the District. Each session will include private weekly weigh-ins, nutrition and activity reviews, along with individual goal setting.
