Help us tell the District's stories: apply to be our Copywriter. You'll be part of a busy Communications team and primarily be writing stories for Our District resident's magazine.
You'll also lend a hand with the media desk and get stuck in to sharing our top stories. We're looking for a can-do attitude and someone who likes a bit of variety in their day to day, as you'll never quite know what's coming (and that's part of the fun!)

Planning Compliance Officer

We are looking for an officer to help us investigate alleged breaches of planning control in the Planning Compliance Team, which forms part of the wider Development & Building Control department.
The team receive around 600 cases each year that range from household extensions to barn conversions and traveller cases. For this role, you will be taking ownership of a large number of cases of alleged breaches of planning control, undertaking investigations and site visits to rectify the breach of planning control where appropriate,without the need for formal action.
