90 Day Health Challenge ✓

Challenge Completed

Congratulations to you all for completing the 90 Day Challenge! We hope you have enjoyed it and feel proud with what you have achieved over the last 13 weeks.

You have made lots of small changes which have contributed to your weight loss throughout the challenge and it's important to recognise how far you have come. Everyone has done incredibly well during these uncertain times and we have seen excellent progress throughout the challenge.

The next step is to maintain these changes and continue setting yourself new goals so you can keep making progress. Don't stop now!

The overall challenge winners and spot prize winners will be announced via email week commencing 27th April once everyone has had their final check in.

Post-challenge support is on hand from the Horsham Wellbeing Team:

  • Book an appointment with one of our friendly Wellbeing Advisors
  • Sign up to our 12-week weight management course (group or one-to-one)
  • Register for a Wellbeing MOT - we are hoping to start delivering these again soon
  • Let us know if you're interested in signing up to the next 90 Day Challenge, which we hope to start in June
  • We will be in touch in three months time to see how you are getting on with your weight loss journey - the important thing to recognise is support is still available to help keep you on track

We have just opened a brand new Wellbeing Centre in Horsham town which is currently open for general enquiries however we hope to open fully next month. 

We recognise that the last year has come with a range of challenges, so as a result of this, we hope to provide a space and opportunity for you to reflect, talk and think about how a few small changes to your health and wellbeing can help you move forward in a positive way. 

Our friendly team will be on hand to explain the support that is available to help you work out what you think you might need to help you achieve your goals. Come in and say hello and find out about all the services we offer.

Onward motivation

Throughout the challenge we have provided top tips to help motivate yourself and keep you on track. Here are some ideas which may help keep you going:

  • Buddy up with other members of the group (or create your own group of friends)
  • Continue to accept support from friends and family
  • Use online groups and forums (remember to be mindful of what you are reading from other people with regards to nutrition)
  • Use apps and online trackers to help monitor your continued progress
  • Reward yourself with small treats for successes (try not to make them food or drink related)
  • Whilst we would absolutely encourage you to set yourself some short and long term goals going forwards, every now and then don't forget to look back at what you have achieved and give yourself a pat on the back
  • Remember why you started this journey!

Free Advice and Support

The Horsham Wellbeing Team provide free advice and support to help you improve your health and wellbeing. You can get help to stop smoking, cut down on alcohol, lose weight, eat more healthily, improve your emotional wellbeing, get active and reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. We offer a range of free courses and one-to-one support over the phone and via video call*.
