Changes to selected court and tribunal fees
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) recently published its response to a consultation on plans to increase selected court and tribunal fees to reflect inflation. The response contains a list of affected fees.
The fees will increase from Wednesday 1 May 2024.

Visitors will be able to speak to court staff, hear from a former prisoner about their experiences, visit the holding cells, participate in a mock trial, join a treasure hunt and so much more.

Probate application submissions on MyHMCTS
When submitting a probate application on MyHMCTS, please ensure you pay for your application in order to reduce the risk of unnecessary delays to your application.
You can pay for applications using payment by account or a bank card and you will see a confirmation screen once payment has been made.
