Inside HMCTS podcast
We’ve launched our brand new podcast, Inside HMCTS!
Listeners can hear from the people working across HMCTS, find out more about their work and get a unique insight into what happens behind the scenes of justice.
You'll learn about the challenges we face, the achievements we recognise, and how each participant plays their part to keeping justice going.
Whether you’re interested in the people or the process, this podcast series will give you a deeper understanding of what justice means and how it's delivered.
Our first episode discusses the benefits of a modernised divorce process. You can hear from our staff and legal professionals, as well as from those who have used the service.
Assessing access to justice in reformed services
We’ve published access to justice assessments into some of our reformed online services. The assessments cover the reformed services for divorce, probate, online civil money claims services and the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal.
The assessments and their findings will feed into the wider evaluation of the reform programme where relevant.
Access to justice blog
We've also published a blog about improving access to justice across HMCTS that shares our approach to the assessments and how we're using the information we're gathering.
Luc Altmann highlights the approach to the assessments and the value of the information we're able to gather through our reformed services.
