Willesden Magistrates' Court
Courtrooms 6 and 7 at Willesden Magistrates’ Court have been adapted to hear jury trials from Harrow Crown Court, which is temporarily closed after Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) was found during improvement works. Listing begins on Monday 16 October 2023.
The cases that are currently listed in courts 6 and 7 will move to other rooms at the site while traffic cases will move to Ealing Magistrates’ Court.
Reminder: Reading Crown Court
Reading Crown Court is hosting an open day on Saturday 14 October 2023. Visitors will be able to participate in mock trials, tours of courtrooms and cells, and demonstrating fingerprinting processes.

500,000 cases accepted onto Common Platform
Over 500,000 cases have now been accepted onto Common Platform following on from the platform going live in all magistrates’ and Crown Courts in England and Wales. Nick Goodwin, HMCTS Chief Executive said “This achievement is a real testament to the hard work and unfailing dedication of our colleagues and partners in every region”.

Sessions take place on 📅 Tuesdays at 🕐 4:30pm and 📅 Thursdays at 🕐 9am.
