HMCTS is now a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network. Sunflower lanyards are now available in all court and tribunal buildings for court users who have hidden disabilities.

Common Platform
Common Platform system now live in every criminal court in England and Wales
Every Crown and magistrates’ court now has access to the ‘Common Platform’ system, which will allow quicker and seamless sharing of information between all those involved in criminal justice cases.

Legal professionals can join one of our regular online support sessions to get help with:
- activating or logging into your account
- accessing case information
- checking in for a hearing
- any other aspect of Common Platform
Sessions take place on 📅 Tuesdays at 🕐 4:30pm and 📅 Thursdays at 🕐 9am.

Reminder: Free mediation for thousands of small claims
Thousands of people will be automatically referred to access free mediation sessions to resolve disputes away from court when it becomes a requirement for small civil claims values up to £10,000.
Reminder: HMCTS Payment by Account for online services
Legal professionals using the MyHMCTS platform to pay a claim issue fee for the Damages Claims and Online Civil Money Claims services can now do so by card or through Pay by Account (PBA).
