Reminder: ‘Open Justice – the way forward’ – MOJ call for evidence
The Ministry of Justice has published a call for evidence, titled ‘Open Justice – the way forward’, covering a wide range of themes surrounding the openness and transparency of our justice system. This includes court listings, physical and remote access to court proceedings, broadcasting, the publication of judgments, access to court documents and the access and reuse of court data.
You can have your say now, and the evidence gathered will be used to inform the department’s future policy thinking and service development in this area.
The call for evidence will close on Thursday 7 September.
Reminder: Have your say on our communications
Our 2023 Communications and Engagement Survey is still open. We want to find out what you think about the way we communicate and engage with you. This will help us understand how you access our information, what works well now and how we can improve. The survey will close on 31 July 2023 and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
