Strategic Public Engagement Group meeting
Find out about our new approach to public user engagement, as well as the chair’s summary of the inaugural meeting of the Strategic Public Engagement Group, which met in April. The group brought together subject matter experts, mainly from third sector organisations operating within the justice system, to provide valuable feedback and insight. In the future, the group will oversee four jurisdictional engagement groups currently being set up.
Benefits of international collaboration on modernising justice systems
We spoke at the annual United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice session in Vienna. Our representatives discussed video hearings and video evidence, focusing on how they're helping to support court users, victims and witnesses.
Change to MyHMCTS for Case Access Administrators
MyHMCTS Case Access Administrators can now see all cases in their organisation. They can also add and remove users giving additional flexibility when people are on annual leave or have left the organisation.

Digital PET and BCM forms to go live next week
Next week we will introduce new, digital versions of the Preparation for Effective Trial (PET) and Better Case Management (BCM) forms on Common Platform.
Get help with using Common Platform
Legal professionals can join one of our regular online support sessions to get help with:
- activating or logging into your account
- accessing case information
- checking in for a hearing
- any other aspect of Common Platform
Sessions take place on 📅 Tuesdays at 🕐 4:30pm and 📅 Thursdays at 🕐 9am.
