Lodge notices of appeal to the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber directly with the tribunal
From 6 April 2023, Notices of Appeal to the First-tier Tribunal War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber (WPAFCC) can be lodged directly with the Tribunal, which will then be responsible for all case management.
