Scheme update
We’re getting closer to the end of the formal planning process. The Planning Inspectorate submitted its report and recommendation in early January to the Secretary of State for Transport, who is expected to make a decision by 2 April. We continued our survey work at Countess roundabout in January – using ground penetrating radar to locate buried utilities. The work was carried out overnight to minimise any inconvenience, and we’d like to thank people for their patience while the work was carried out. Businesses - we’d like to hear from you
We’re launching a survey to help understand the needs of local companies and businesses that use the A303 past Stonehenge. We’ve teamed up with organisations including the Federation of Small Businesses to reach as many businesses as possible.
Find out more about the survey in our latest news story section or if you are a business, please take a couple of minutes to complete the online survey, anonymously if you wish. Please do share the link with local businesses.
Join us on Facebook
We’ve launched our brand new Facebook page. A303 Stonehenge Community is a new channel where followers can get the latest news on the project. Please give us a like, and share with friends and family to help us reach more people.
