We’re getting closer to the end of the formal planning process. The Planning Inspectorate submitted its report and recommendation in early January to the Secretary of State for Transport, who is expected to make a decision by 2 April. We continued our survey work at Countess roundabout in January – using ground penetrating radar to locate buried utilities. The work was carried out overnight to minimise any inconvenience, and we’d like to thank people for their patience while the work was carried out.  To find out more about the scheme visit our website now.

We’re launching a survey to help understand the needs of local companies and businesses that use the A303 past Stonehenge. We’ve teamed up with organisations including the Federation of Small Businesses to reach as many businesses as possible.
