Everyone is welcome to attend these warm welcome buildings in Hyndburn during their opening hours.
People who need medical attention are being reminded to think about the right service to use to help reduce the amount time they spend waiting to be seen.
Data from the last three months (August-October) highlighted that hundreds of people attended A&E at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital when alternatives would have been quicker and more appropriate for them.

The Government has confirmed Hyndburn Borough Council’s successful bid to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with confirmed funding allocated for 2022/23 and indicative allocation for 23/24 and 24/25 totalling £2,943,592.
Waste and Recycling that is due to be collected on Boxing Day, Monday 26th December, will be collected Saturday 24th December.
Residents do not need to dispose of their Christmas trees, the council will pick them up and turn them into compost or wood chippings. Christmas trees must be placed next to recycling for the FIRST collection starting on Monday 9th January and cannot have bases, lights, or other decorations.
