 Construction
Completing this Skills Bootcamp will gain you nationally recognised qualifications within the construction industry. Every learner will gain a CSCS Green Labourer Card alongside training on Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, Traffic Marshal, Manual Handling, Environmental Awareness and either First Aid or Fire Marshal. Each learner will then follow one of five pathways reflective of their current experience, desired career path and local employer need.
These include:
- Excavation (Cable Avoidance Tools CAT & Genny, and 360 Excavator)
- Groundworks (Forward Tipping Dumper & Roller)
- Forklift Operations (Counterbalance and Telescopic Handler)
- Lifting Technician (Slinger Signaller & Lifting Supervisor)
- Specialist Plant (Dozer and Rear Tipping Dumper)
The duration of the boot camp is 3 weeks with mixed learning of practical and classroom with the provider ATS Group
Health and Social Care
There Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp is designed to equip learners with the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for a successful career in the health and social care sector. You will gain knowledge of the 15 standards on the care certificate, have the chance to engage with local employers and achieve guaranteed interviews for real vacancies. You will receive 1:1 support and mentoring to support you during and after your bootcamp to ensure that you have the best possible experience.
The duration is 3 weeks with only classroom learning with the provider itchem college
Data Analytics
You will be taught data analysis fundamentals including data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical analysis. You will learn how to process data using Python and Power BI. The course will also cover practical application of skills to real world data analysis tasks, critical thinking and problem solving, effective communication and presentation.
The duration is 10 weeks with online learning with the provider Fareport
Cyber Security
Whether you’re beginning a career in IT, overseeing digital systems, running a business, exploring a new professional direction, or actively looking for work, the Hampshire Cyber Security Skills Bootcamp can help you move forward. This programme equips you with essential knowledge and practical skills to recognise threats, safeguard data and manage cyber risks. You’ll also have the opportunity to gain the industry-recognised CompTIA Security+ certificate that can enhance your CV and boost your prospects in the rapidly evolving cyber security field.
You must be a resident or employed in Hampshire, or looking for a job in Hampshire And you must be at least 19 years old by the 31 August 2025.
The duration is 60 hours of live training over 5-10 weeks depending when you start with Remote learning with the provider Fareport

On the free Get Started with Art course, you'll try out practical arts activities that will help you build your skills – with support from inspirational experts.
Working with a group of like-minded creatives, you'll discover your strengths, take on challenges and grow your confidence.
You'll benefit from one-to-one support to decide on next steps towards achieving your goals. And you'll receive up to 3 months' support after the course finishes to help you take those steps!
