The first changes have taken place as step one of the government's roadmap out of lockdown for England is underway.
You can now spend time outside in a public space – such as a park – and have a coffee, chat or picnic with your household, support bubble or with one other person alone from outside your household. This is in addition to spending time outside for outdoor exercise.
This is an important step forward and it is vital to continue social distancing from others. Help us to keep your friends, family and community safe by following hands, face, space measures at all times, and following the stay at home rules which remain in place until 29 March.
More information about the government guidelines can be found on gov.uk.
One in three people who have coronavirus show no symptoms but could be sharing the virus with loved ones and around the community without knowing.
New rapid COVID-19 testing, for people without symptoms, is helping find these unknown cases to stop the spread of the virus. Test regularly to protect those you care about.
If you’re aged 16 or over, book your free 10-minute slot.
If you’ve been in contact with someone who has had coronavirus or if you have any symptoms – a fever, a persistent cough or a change in your sense of taste or smell – stay at home for 10 days and book a test instead.

Unfortunately, some criminals are taking advantage of the roll out of the coronavirus vaccine to commit fraud.
The most important point to remember is that the vaccine is free of charge.
The NHS will never:
-
ask you for your bank account or card details
-
ask you for your PIN or banking password
-
arrive unannounced to your home to administer the vaccine
-
ask you to prove your identity by sending copies of personal documents such as your passport, driving licence, bills or pay slips

You can order kits to test your household, childcare bubble or support bubble if at least one member:
- is a school, nursery or college pupil
- works in a school, nursery or college (this includes temporary workers or volunteers)
A test kit contains seven tests and you can order one test kit per household each day.
If you are aged 18 or older, do not have coronavirus symptoms and have not been told to self-isolate you can order your free test kit.
