A year of improving, supporting and protecting
In a year bookended by increasing fears and sorrow created by Covid-19, it’s a credit to our teams and clinical leads that we have achieved so much to improve the health and wellbeing of people over the past 12 months.
Our networks, whether working at hospital, in GP practices, the office or at home, have continued to collaborate and build pathways and programmes which focus on our vision of the health and wellbeing of local people being comparable with the best in the world.
As the Omicron variant begins to spread across the country and the mass booster vaccination programme gets underway, our networks are once again volunteering to help people get protected and supporting clinicians to continue to deliver the best care to everyone in our communities.
Thank you to all our teams, clinicians, partners and friends of the SCNs for their hard work in 2021. We look forward to working with you all again during 2022.
We wish you all a healthy, peaceful Christmas and New Year.
Best wishes
Julie Cheetham - Director
