 Works on next section of Linton Greenway to begin
Works are due to start on Monday 15 July for approximately 12 weeks on the next section of the Linton Greenway - from Newmarket Road in Little Abington and the Granta Park roundabout to east of Bourn Bridge Road.
The works include creating a new shared use pathway and crossing, as well as safety improvements at the Granta Park roundabout. Access to Granta Park and local businesses will be maintained at all times throughout the works.
From Monday 15 July and for the duration of the work, Newmarket Road will be closed to traffic from Bourn Bridge junction to Granta Park. The diversion route can be seen below.
 There's still work to be done to complete the Linton Greenway, part one of the wider Cambridge South East Transport project, which includes;
- Creating a new shared use pathway linking Granta Park to Hildersham
- Upgrading the footbridge links over the A11
