As the Food Standards Agency continues to celebrate its 25th anniversary, we are delighted to be joined by colleagues from across the agency to discuss their roles in food sampling. Each one of us plays a part in delivering our mission of Food you can Trust.
This seminar aims to give an overview of some of the food sampling funded by the FSA. It will highlight why food sampling is an important part of the FSA’s work, the breadth of sampling undertaken and how the results are used to improve compliance with food law.
