Update to the UK Sanctions List: Global Anti-Corruption

Today, 09 December, the UK Government has designated 5 individuals under the Global Anti-Corruption, DRC, and Russia Sanctions Regimes. These sanctions tackle dirty money by targeting the illicit gold trade. The flow of illicit gold threatens the UK and our interests by fuelling corruption and conflict, undermining the rule of law, and enabling Russia to evade sanctions and finance Putin’s war machine.

The following individuals have been sanctioned:
