The library is a great place to celebrate the Christmas holiday season. We have a range of free activities for adults and children such as flower arranging, Christmas crafts, festive treasure hunts and splendid storytellers.
There is something for everyone in libraries this Christmas.
We have teamed up with the Lewes Literary Society and Chris Riddell, Illustrator, to bring you a celebration of one of our most respected and beloved artists, Raymond Briggs.
Watch award winning illustrator Chris’s drawings come to life as he shares anecdotes about being a student of Raymond and how this influenced his career.
East Sussex Libraries is launching a consultation for young people this month.
We're asking young people, aged 14 to 18, what library services they already use, what services they want to see in the future and what they feel will improve their library experience.
The consultation is for all young people, whether they are regular library users or not, and the feedback will help to shape the services we offer to young people.
The consultation will run from 4 December to 18 February.
