Get your overdose reversal training and receive a free first aid kit!
Are you friends with, a relative of or work in an environment where someone is at risk of an opiate overdose? If so, you must sign up to a free overdose first aid training session run by CGL and St Johns Ambulance. During your session, you will learn how recognise and respond to an overdose and shown how to dispense a nasal opiate reverser (Nyxoid) to help save a life. On completion of the training, you’ll receive a free first aid kit, Nyxoid spray and a window cling to display where you see fit, this shows the medicine is available on site for an emergency. Bidders shortlisted for £730million highways contract
Three bidders have been shortlisted to provide highway maintenance and infrastructure services for East Sussex in the future. Ringway Jacobs, Balfour Beatty Living Places and Colas have been selected to move to the next stage of the procurement process. The shortlist for the £730 million Highways Infrastructure Services contract follows a call for expressions of interest which went through a rigorous evaluation process. Read more

A new website has been launched providing a comprehensive range of information and resources aimed at supporting children and young people in East Sussex with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
