The South Downs National Park Trust is the official charity of the South Downs National Park. They are an independent organisation, governed by an autonomous and experienced board of trustees who oversee their work. The Trust has a number of grants programmes. More details can be found on page 29 of March's Funding News.
- A partnership has received initial National Lottery Heritage Fund for the Changing Chalk project, which vision is to reverse the decline in chalk grassland and establish a long-term collaborative management plan.
- The Rampion Fund recently announced details of latest awards including some in East Sussex.
