Every mind matters

This month Public Health England and the NHS launched Every Mind Matters, a new online tool to empower people to look after their own mental health.

The new tool supports people to build simple changes into their daily lives. These changes can be re-framing unhelpful thoughts, breathing exercises or increasing physical activity.
