Countryside Stewardship Higher Tier - Agroforestry and Woodland Improvement
You can now express interest in a Countryside Stewardship Higher Tier (CSHT) agreement for agroforestry or woodland improvement, or single-focus agreements for scheduled monument management or species-rich grassland by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Before you submit an Expression of Interest, you will need:
- to read the CSHT Applicant's Guide
- a relevant, Forestry Commission approved woodland management plan or agroforestry plan
- an approved species management plan for each species (if you intend to apply for species management actions in CSHT)
You will not be able to submit an EOI without approved plans in place. Submitting an EOI doesn't guarantee you will be offered a CSHT agreement.
