Take part in our communication survey
The town and parish council communication survey builds on work undertaken following the 2018 review of communications with town and parish councils, the introduction of the Town and Parish Council Charter, and the most recent survey carried out in 2024. Its purpose is to assess progress since 2024, identify any remaining areas for improvement and gather feedback to help inform a refreshed version of the Charter.
Your views are important in helping us understand how the council communicates and engages with town and parish councils, including services such as Parish Open Door, the Streetscene Hub, council bulletins and other channels.
Please submit your response by Friday, 31 July 2026.
If you require further information or an alternative, accessible format, please email Parish Open Door.
