Adult social care improvement board publishes updates
Following the publication of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report in October 2025, the council has established a monthly Improvement Board to oversee and drive forward its improvement journey within adult social care.
The Improvement Board brings together senior leaders from across the council alongside key partners to review progress, maintain focus on priority areas, and ensure strong accountability in delivering the council’s improvement plan.
To support transparency and keep stakeholders informed, the council is now publishing monthly updates following each Improvement Board meeting.
