Celebrating Inclusive Excellence - Dingley's Promise
Dingley’s Promise Inclusion Training Mark of Achievement Winners
Creating inclusive early years environments isn’t just good practice—it’s transformational. When every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to learn, we build the strong foundations that shape lifelong success.
That’s why the Dingley’s Promise Inclusion Training Mark of Achievement is such a significant milestone. This award recognises early years providers who demonstrate exceptional dedication to inclusion, reflective practice, and high-quality training.
This year, nine outstanding early years organisations across the East Riding of Yorkshire have achieved this prestigious award through the Comic Relief Project—each one showcasing passion, perseverance, and a commitment to ensuring every child can thrive.
🌈 Why the Inclusion Training Mark of Achievement Matters
The Dingley’s Promise award is more than a certificate. It represents a deep, sustained commitment to:
✔ Strengthening Inclusive Practice
Teams learn how to adapt environments, routines, and teaching strategies so every child can fully engage and participate.
✔ Building Strong Partnerships with Families
Inclusive settings support not only the child, but their whole family—creating trust, understanding, and collaboration.
✔ Responding Proactively to Children’s Needs
Practitioners gain confidence in identifying additional or developmental needs early and putting compassionate, effective support in place.
✔ Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvement
Inclusion isn’t a one-off achievement—it’s an ongoing journey of reflection, growth, and shared values.
