Co-Production through your eyes: Photo competition!🌼
This summer, families, carers, and young people with SEND across East Riding are invited to help bring our refreshed Local Area Partnership Co-Production Charter to life, through your eyes!
📸 What’s It all about? We’ve designed a vibrant flower to represent our shared co-production values, with trust at its heart. Now, we’re looking for a real-life image to sit proudly at the centre, an image that reflects the lived experiences of children, young people, and families with SEND.
Share a photo that captures the spirit of co-production: collaboration, inclusion, togetherness, or simply a meaningful moment from your summer.
The winning photo will be featured at the heart of our updated Co-Production Charter and receive a small prize as a thank you. With your permission, your image will help us celebrate real voices and real experiences.
🗓️ Deadline to enter: Sunday, 31 August 2025
📩 Send your entry to: localoffer@eastriding.gov.uk Include your photo and an optional short caption or description.
💬 Why it matters: Our Co-Production Charter was shaped by a wide range of voices working together to make positive change. Now, we want to reflect that same spirit in the imagery we use, real people, real stories, real impact.
We believe that co-production is not just a principle it’s a partnership. Your stories and images help bring this to life.
We can’t wait to share the finalised version of our Co-Production Charter with you soon!

East Riding Libraries
Come and join us at our exciting SEND Family Focus Groups at East Riding Libraries.
We will be running a monthly session (term time) at each of the following libraries:
- Beverley (Saturday afternoon)
- Haltemprice (Thursday morning)
- Goole (Tuesday afternoon)
- Bridlington North (Friday morning)
Further libraries are expected to join this offer in the autumn.
These family group sessions complement their current programme of activities. Dedicated staff have been trained to support children with SEND and have experience in running children’s groups and holiday activities.
Families will have the chance to meet other parents and carers and develop their own friendships and networks of support. Each session will include activities in line with the libraries current STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) programme. These libraries have new equipment to ensure inclusivity for all children and young people of primary and secondary school age.
These groups are free – along with many other exciting things at the library. To find out more or to book please visit: www.eastridinglibraries.co.uk/whats-on/
