Free programme of learning sessions for Safeguarding Week 2025
Safeguarding Week begins on Monday, 16 June and ends on Friday, 20 June. Free online learning sessions are now available to book and all sessions support the overarching theme: Safeguarding is everybody's business. Building on the success of Safeguarding Week 2024, partners have expanded the range of topics for 2025 to reach an even wider audience.
Carers Week is a national campaign which aims to raise awareness of the vital role that unpaid carers play in families, workplaces and communities and runs between Monday 9 and Sunday 15 June. This year's theme, Caring About Equality, highlights the many challenges which unpaid carers face from financial strain to social isolation.
Your East Riding is a quarterly magazine delivered to all households in the East Riding and informs residents about the services the council provides. As well as being delivered to every household in the East Riding, it is also available to read online.
David Remfry 'In Conversation' will take place at Beverley Art Gallery on Thursday, 19 June from 6pm to 7pm. The event will be held within the exhibition space at Beverley Art Gallery where Remfry will refelct on his career and influences. This is a ticketed event, tickets cost £8.
