Easter Doodle Workshops
Various dates, locations and times
Price: FREE but pre-booking is required
Artist and illustrator, Charlotte Eldred, will bring out the doodle in everyone, by showing you how to have fun creating Easter themed doodles through easy-to-follow step by step demonstrations, including lambs, rabbits, hens, chicks and eggs.
Workshops are taking place in Pocklington, South Cave, Haltemprice, North Bridlington and Driffield libraries.

Easter Storytimes and Bounce and Rhymes

Price: FREE
Come along and celebrate Easter with our themed Storytimes and Bounce and Rhyme sessions. Join in with the story, take part in a picture treasure hunt and have fun with a variety of Easter themed activities.

Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders by Hoglets Theatre
Various dates, locations and times
Price: £3 per child (with one free accompanying adult per child)
A lonely little owl wants nothing more than to fly into the night and join his friends. But how can he, when he is made from wood? The arrival of another lonely soul changes his life as he strives to help. Join Hoglets Theatre on a magical journey of singing owls, fantasy worlds, friendship and love. Featuring beautiful handmade puppets, original songs and music and an age-old message that the love we show to others comes back to us in time.
This show is suitable for primary and pre-school aged children.
Performances will take place in Goole, Market Weighton, Beverley, Hessle and Willerby libraries.

There are loads of different activities taking place in our libraries as part of our STREAM offer, from Lego Art sessions, to Sand Art and Code-a-pillar Storytimes.
There's sure to be something for everyone this half term!
Easter Basket Weaving Workshop
Tuesday, 15 April - Goole Library - 2pm - 3pm
Price: FREE but pre-booking essential
In this hands-on session, you'll learn some simple weaving techniques and experiment with texture and colourful materials to create your very own Easter basket. Perfect for collecting treats from the Easter bunny. Suitable for all skill levels.

Creative Workshop - Sweet Wrapper Art
Saturday, 26 April - Flamborough Library
10am - 11.30am
Price: FREE but pre-booking essential
Join local artist, Julie Thompson, to up-cycle your Easter Egg chocolate foils, sweet wrappers and tissue paper into a colourful, beautiful egg picture.
So, start collecting now and bring them along on the day! Suitable for all ages.
